- lilywhite-- there is no fee for those who are unable to control obesity, such as a result of their medical treatments. the fees they are talking about are for the people whose lifestyle choices are the cause of their medical conditions.

- I was going to bring this point up myself. Some people don't want nicotine vapor in the air....but recirculated stale cabin air is perfectly safe, not to mention automobile exhaust, and pollution from urban industries...does this mean we get to ban cars because I don't like the exhaust? Hell no.
